    * Spawned this from the giftman 0.32 code for Kira
    * Forced view to Kira no matter who you are.
    * Restricted additem function to Kira's use.
    * Removed user selection, and user add and del options.
    * Improved main loading procedure.
    * Added user account creation.
    * Added key for user account creations.
    * Fixed bug in new login routine that was carried over from giftman
    * Added create links to login fail screens.
    * Deleted out extra code from giftman that was unsued.
    * Put user loading into a sub so both create and checklogin can use it easily.
    * Moved the "logged in" and option/add/delete icons around.
